Students present during a workshop, organised by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd at PCM S.D.College for Women, Jalandhar.
Jalandhar, September 25, 2015: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation limited organised a workshop at PCM S.D.College for Women, Jalandhar in association with Youth Club and Home Science Department on Friday. Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Senior Manager, Vigilance, Hindustan Petroleum, Mr.Ashish Singh – Deputy Manager Sales, Hindustan Petroleum, Mr.V.K. Tandon, Vijay Gas Service were present on the occasion. Principal Dr.Kiran Arora, Mrs, Geeta Kahol and other faculty members were also present. The purpose of the workshop was to make the students aware about vigilance and how to find solutions to the problem related to corruption with the help of the concerned authorities. On this occasion a safety clinic was also organised in which students were informed about the safe use of LPG and how to prevent oneself in case of accidents and mishappening. Pamphlets regarding the safety measures of using LPG were distributed among students. Studenta were asked questions so that they become aware of the safety measure of LPG. Principal Dr. Kiran Arora thanked the members of Hindustan Petroleum for spreading awareness among students regarding safety measures of LPG.
