Chandigarh, December 8, 2015: On the directions of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in a civil writ petition No.4382/02- Satbir Singh and others v/s state of Haryana, the Punjab government has constituted a high powered committee under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary on Similarly Situated Cases.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesman of the government said that the Administrative Secretary of the departments concerned would be the Member Secretary while Principal Secretaries Finance, Home, Secretary Personnel and Legal Remembrance would be the members of this committee.
