HIBIRD LAUNCHES NEW HIGH TECH BICYCLE MODELS

FIXING GEARS EVEN IN STANDARD BLACK BICYCLE Ludhiana, March, 1, 2019: Hi-Bird Cycles, a group company of renowned Hi-Bird Group launched 18 exciting new models most of them in High End Segment. Company is known for pioneering in to the fashion bicycles with already having nearly 180 attractive designs and models in its product range. The new launched models are targeting the young peddling enthusiasts with latest features, highly attractive colours and stylish aesthetics. Most of the models are geared 21 speed equipped with high tech Shimano gear system, double wall alloy wheels, double disc brakes and suspension. Three models are with 24 gears and mangnesium wheels. The most astonishing innovative model is the introduction of gear system into standard black bicylce. It has sealed hub gear system with in-built hub gears, in-built front and rear drum brakes and front sealed hub with in-built dyanamo light. This technology is introduced first time in India. Normally multispeed bikes are with outer deralleur gear system but in this model gears are sealed and within the hub itself which is totally maintenance free. It also includes models with sealed BB set having high-tech bearings, magnesium wheels, full aluminum alloy bike with highly comfortable polyurethane saddles and also models in folding bicycles. The models with 26 x 4” & 26 x 3” wheels have special attraction having wheels bigger and wider than a motor cycle tyre but very light in running. Also models in 24” and 20” wheels. The company’s chairman Mr. R D Sharma informed all these models have been developed as per latest trends in the international market and have shown an overwhelming response amongst youngsters, social media & e-commerce sites. He added our R&D Team is always on the job to roll out new models keeping pace with the international trends and almost every 3-4 months we are introducing new models. Hi-bird is India’s only bicycle manufacturer being honored with international quality awards consequently for two years from Paris (France) and Geneva (Switzerland) and also recipient of National Award for quality from Government of India. All bicycles being exported to Europe are “CE” marked. Hi-Bird has installed production capacity of 18 lakhs bicycles per annum with State-of-the-Art manufacturing plants and in-house design and “R & D” facilities.
