Yoga Workshop being organised in Apeejay College of Fine Arts at Jalandhar on Saturday.
Jalandhar, May 2, 2015: The NSS Unit of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized a One Day Yoga Workshop on Saturday. Yoga Instructor Davinder Arora guided 50 students and 50 faculty members during the two hours yoga session. He was assisted by a veteran yoga practitioner Aneela.
Dr Sucharita, Principal of the College who also participated in the yoga session and is an ardent yoga practitioner herself said that Yoga is a system that helps in maintaining the right balance between the mental and physical self. She said that the College regularly organizes meditation and yoga sessions in which student and faculty are encouraged to participate. These activities are aimed at holistic growth of all in the College.
