Haqiqat Foods enters market with new brand of Juices

Chandigarh, July 5, 2014: A new player in packaged Juices & other foods has arrived on the scene. Haqiqat Foods Pvt.Ltd, which has its headquarters in Ludhiana, launched its range of natural and nutritious juices in Chandigarh. Senior company functionaries participated in the launch.  Taqdir S.Brar, MD, Sham S.Brar, Director, Ravandeep Kaur, Director were present.
Ravandeep Kaur, Director, said, “Haqiqat has launched a variety of juices -- Mango, Litchi, Guava, Pineapple, Apple and Mixed Fruit are some of the lip smacking flavours we have brought in. These Juices have been made with use of pure fruit pulp and will provide all the essential nutrients the body needs. The natural variety of fruits and technique used will keep one’s body healthy and boost the immune system. The objective at Haqiqat is to provide nutritional value in our products.”
The company may be new but its MD, Taqdir Singh Brar has been related to food and beverages since the last nine years. He gained rich experience in setting up new food processing units under the guidance of Food Processing Ministry, Panchsheel Bhawan, Delhi when Mr. Subodh Kant Sahay was the food minister of India. He also visited many units in the field for hands on experience e.g. Mother Dairy (Delhi) and other food processing giants. After that, he tied up with K S Brar, who obtained knowledge about beverages and foods from experts in USA.
Taqdir S Brar, MD, said, “Haqiqat Foods is looking at a Rs. 500 Crore turnover in first three years. We are planning to position Haqiqat as India’s leading Company dealing with beverages and food. We have done our homework in this regard. Indian Market with a population base of 1.2 billion people including 400 million strong middle class is the world’s fastest growing economy with the GDP of 6 % plus. We have exclusive marketing plans to enter into this market.”
Since the best quality fruits are available in Himachal in India the company decided to go ahead with its venture here. Manufacturing of products is done by Nagrewal Food Products Pvt. Ltd, Barotiwala, HP, with high standards & under supervision of experts. The exclusive marketing rights are with Haqiqat Foods Pvt. Ltd. The company will have one carrying and forwarding agent and distributors across the state of Punjab. The initiative is slated to give direct and indirect employment to 1,50,000 people in Punjab.
The company is bringing in an array of products. The upcoming products are -- Mineral water, Soda, Honey and ready to eat food items.  The ready to eat segment will cover a wide range of sumptuous North & South Indian recipes, and they will taste just like home food.
