Talwandi Sabo, September 24, 2015: On 15-16 September, National Conference & Exhibition on Emerging & innovative trends in Engineering Technology (NCEEITET-2015) was held at Govt.College of Engineering & Technology, Jammu. Research papers on latest upcoming technology in the field of Big Data and Biometrics were presented by the faculty members of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo. Sukhpreet Singh, Tejinder Singh and Devinder Singh Joshi were the faculty members and Mahabli Mann was the research scholar of M.Phil representing Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo at the event. One of the research papers presented by Guru Kashi University members even bagged the best research paper award at the conference. DR. Gagandeep Jagdev from Punjabi University Guru Kashi College, Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sabo also helped the faculty in research papers. The research paper has also been published in International General of Scientific and Technical Advancement (IGSTA) bearing ISSN: 2454-1532. Dr. R.D. Sharma Vice Chancellor Jammu University honored the faculty with certificates for this achievement.
Dr. N.S. Malhi Vice Chancellor Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo congratulated the faculty for this achievement and assured the staff and students for every support to enhance the research activities in the Campus.
