Guru Kashi University Celebrates Independence Day

Talwandi Sabo, August 14, 2014: University College of Basic Sciences & Humanities of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo celebrated Independence Day in the Campus. This programme was organized to develop spirit for nation among the youth.
Dr. Jagwinder Singh Jodha H.O.D. department of Punjabi awared the students about the great sacrifice by the great people. During this function Amandeep Kaur  and Jagwinder Singh (B.A-II) sang patriotic songs.
Dr. N.S. Malhi Vice Chancellor emphasis the students to put best efforts on their studies so that they will be able to contribute towards the development of nation and hard earned Independence to be maintained with proud.
On this occasion apart from the others Dr. Baljinder Singh, Dr. Deepti Aggarwal, Prof. Rajbeer Kaur, Prof. Kanwaljeet Singh were also present. The function was completed by the National Anthem.
