Gurmat Gian Missionary College organized its annual alumni meet
Ludhiana, October 25, 2019: Gurmat Gian Missionary College Ludhiana on Friday organized its annual Alumni Meet wherein more than 200 former students of the college who are now working for Sikh and social development all of the country came together at their alma mater to discuss on the issues in hand and to share their experiences of working in various religious institutions and Gurdwaras. The alumni shared their experiences and also gave their views on the way forward for the Sikh youth be it socially, religiously or politically. Group discussions of former students with current students were also held at the occasion. Talking about the institute, Giani Gurbachan Singh, Principal of Gurmat Gian Missionary College said "The Organization which is working on creating Sikh teachers and scholars and has been serving the society since 1996 since its formation by Giani Jagjit Singh Sidki. Not only in the campus that the institution is teaching but it also has established almost a 100 centres of Sikh Studies all over the state and even outside of Punjab." We are sure that by imparting more knowledge we can create a better society and hence knowledge of not only Sikhism but of the world and society as well is equally focused upon". Many renowned Sikh personalities and professors were present at the event.
