Gulzar Begum appointed expense supervisor for by-election

Dharamshala, October 5, 2019: IRS of 2009 batch Gulzar Begum has been appointed election expenditure supervisor for the by-election in 18-Dharamshala constituency.
Giving this information, the Returning Officer, Dr.Harish Gajju said that the camp office of the expenditure supervisor will remain in the circuit house at Dharamshala and the appointment time for the general public has been fixed from 10 am to 11 am to lodge any complaint related to this election.

He also informed that various teams have been constituted to follow the Model Election Code of Conduct and monitoring of election expenditure.
Dharamshala will go on poll on 21st October for this seat which was vacated due to elevation of BJP MlA Kishan Kapoor to MP earlier this year. There are 7 candidates in the fray beside BJP and Congress candidates, 5 others are independents.
