Government should give special package for deaf & dumb: Bittu

Ludhiana, August 17, 2014: On the occasion of 68th Independence Day celebrations organised by Vice President Sawanjit Singh, Jagriti Association of Deaf & Dumb presided over by Sushil Malhotra Convener Flagship Programme Monitoring Committee at Government College for Girls here, Chief guest Ravneet Singh Bittu, Member Parliament, Ludhiana in his address appealed the people to give due regard to deaf and dumb and made them vital part of society. He declared that he would definitely demand a special package for them in parliament.

Sushil Malhotra stated that such children possess unique qualities and they should be provided vocation so that they may do something for the nation and get honoured which they deserve.
