Ludhiana, July 20, 2017: The shores of western India blow this way as the Goan Food Festival kicks off at restaurant Made in India at Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana. Walk into the restaurant and be transported to the beaches while treating your taste buds to the spices from the Goan region.

Every dish has been perfected by Chef Jyot Rana and he says that there are plenty of options for both, vegetarians and non vegetarians. For seafood lovers there is the Peri Peri Rava Fried Prawn which is spiced deep fried prawn coated with semolina prepared in Portuguese style in the starters section while the vegetarians can try the Crispy Fried Cauliflower which is Deep fried cauliflower cooked with ginger and curry leaves.

The main course has some delights that the diners will definitely love. The Vegetable Khat Khatem which is a seasonal vegetable cooked with coconut paste and thick coconut cream will delight the vegetarians while the Mutton Vindaloo which is lamb cooked and flavored with spicy toddy vinegar dipped masala will tickle the taste buds of the non vegetarians.

The popular Babinca will be served for dessert. General Manager Arindam Chakraborty said, "The festival will be on from 20 July to July 31 and we invite everyone to come and savour the good flavours of Goa."
