New Delhi: This year, the institute saw a record 22 new companies participating in the campus placements with a total of 71 recruiters active on campus. Some of the prominent campus hirers were Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Deloitte, D E Shaw, HUL, Infosys, Cognizant, PWC, E&Y, KPMG, WIPRO, Reliance Industries, Tata Global Beverages and Amazon. IT, Consulting and FMCG companies led the numbers, accounting for over 45% of hires.

The highest placement package offered this year was around 16.5 lakhs per annum (Rs.13.15 L.P.A in 2015) and the average was around Rs 9.34 lakhs per annum compared to an average of Rs 8.75 L.P.A in 2015. This year around 20% of the students were offered a salary of over Rs. 11 lakhs per annum.

The first batch of Health Care Management program which graduated in April 2015 had a 100% placement with an average salary of Rs. 6.3 lakhs per annum last year. This year, the second batch also has been well-received by recruiters with over 50% of the students placed with lucrative job offers from reputed companies. Several more companies have given their confirmation to visit the institute for recruitment in the next month. The current CTC of the HCM students placed to date stands at Rs. 8.6 lakhs per annum with maximum being Rs. 12 lakhs per annum.
