GNDEC and Sabudh Foundation sign MoU for co-operation between two organizations

Ludhiana, August 2, 2018: Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC), Ludhiana, the oldest Engineering College of Punjab and Sabudh Foundation, Chandigarh, a non-profit organization for using Artificial Intelligence and data science for social good have today signed Memorandum of Understating (MOU) for co-operation between the two organizations. The purpose of MOU is to collaborate and train the students for academic and research in the area of data science technological stack. This cooperation would prepare students in advanced technologies and create a momentum in research, both applied and fundamental, that has the potential of addressing social problems in the Punjab. The MOU was signed by Principal GNDEC, Ludhiana and Director Sabudh Foundation, Chandigarh. GNDEC principal Dr. Sehijpal Singh said this MOU will give us new pathway for training the students in advanced technologies those will be helpful for professional career. Dr. Sarabjot Singh, director Subudh Foundation shown keen interest for working together for upliftment of students. The term of the MoU with the Sabudh Foundation is for five years. The MOU signing ceremony was attended by Members of Sabudh Foundation, Deans, and HODs from GNDEC, Ludhiana.
