GNA University’s Multimedia Artist Bags First Prize in IPRISM
Jalandhar, December 26, 2018: GNA university’s Multimedia student named Harmanjot Singh student of B.Sc. Animation & Multimedia Semester- 5th participated in the event named “IPRISM” and presented his best work in Motion Graphics under the category of Counterfeiting and Piracy, the topic of the video titled “Medicine Counterfeiting” and bagged the first position with the cash prize worth Rs1lakh. ASSOCHAM in collaboration with Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) - Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) and ERICSSON organized IPRISM - an IP Competition for students enrolled and currently studying at graduate, post graduate, MPhil and PhD levels in India with an aim to help foster a culture of innovation and creativity that would create awareness of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and empower the young innovators to protect their inventions. S. Gurdeep SinghSihra,the Pro Chancellor, GNA University congratulated the hard endeavours of the student and wished him good luck for his future prospects. Dr. V.K.
