Giant Starkenn Appoints Srinivas Gokulnath As Their Brand Ambassador

Pimpri Chinchwad, February 28, 2018: Starkenn Sports Pvt Ltd. today announced the appointment of cycling enthusiast Srinivas Gokulnath as its new brand ambassador. As a part of this association, Starkenn handed over Giant’s two bicycles, Trinity Advanced and Propel Advanced Disc to Mr.Srinivas Gokulnath. Mr.Srinivas Gokulnath is the first Indian who has completed world’s toughest 4900 km Race Across America (RAAM) in solo category. As per the reports of Aero Concepts Engineering (ACE) from France, Propel Advanced Disc is the fastest road bike in the world and Trinity Advanced is the time trial road bike. Current world champion of cycling uses Giant’s Trinity Advanced bicycle. To start this association, Mr. Srinivas Gokulnath will be using the Giant bicycles in the upcoming Tour of Austria event, one of the toughest road bike racing competition, which happens every year in Austria.

Mr. Pravin V Patil, MD & CEO, Starkenn Sports Pvt. Ltd. addressed the press conference along with Mr. Srinivas Gokulnath at the newly opened Giant Starkenn Cycling World (GSCW) & Starkenn Technical Center (STC) at Pimpri Chinchwad.

Mr. Srinivas Gokulnath became the first Indian who had successfully completed 4900 KM Race Across America (RAAM) in solo category. RAAM is considered as world’s toughest cycling race. Unlike the Tour De France, RAAM is a multi-day event where the participants have to cycle continuously for hours together, which tests them physically and mentally. Like RAAM, Tour of Austria is also one of the toughest road bike racing competition which happens every year in Austria.
