Jalandhar, July 15, 2016: “Fun with Shapes” activity was held in DIPS school Karol Bagh in pre-wing section.
The event was organised by activity in-charge under the observation of principal Mrs.Sarvesh Deol Teachers made coloured shapes of thermocol. They showed these shapes to the students for recognition.
Teachers also organised outdoor games like Hop scotch for the students. Teachers drew a circle on the ground and filled it with different objects like duster, balls, tapes etc. Then they asked the students to pick any five objects of a particular shape. Students were very excited for this activity. The main motive of this activity was to give knowledge to the students about shapes and to encourage them to play outdoor games.
During this activity students of pre wing Palak, Mayor, Daman, Arpita, Ranveer, Jasleen, Kritika, Kuljeet, Annaya, Chrayau, and many more performed very well.
In the end principal appreciated the teachers for their efforts and motivated the students to play outdoor games. Chairman of DIPS Institutions S. Gurbachan Singh also sent his best wishes to the students.
