Full Court Reference Pays Tribute To Justice Madan Mohan Aggarwal

Chandigarh, April 26, 2016: A Full Court Reference was held today in High Court auditorium to condole the sad demise of Hon’ble Mr.Justice Madan Mohan Aggarwal.
On this occasion Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice, Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice S.J. Vazifdar while paying tributes to the departed soul said that Late Justice Aggarwal was a great legal luminary, who upheld the rule of law all through his career while serving at various places throughout Punjab . Justice Vazifdar further said that Late Justice Aggarwal held humanity upper most in his life and even in death he set an example by donating his eyes so that somebody else can see the world.
On this occasion, apart from the family members of Late Justice Aggarwal, all Judges of the Punjab and Haryana high Court, former Judges ,Advocate General of Punjab & Haryana , Chairman of Bar council of Punjab & Haryana Mr. Rajat Gautam and Advocate Harpreet Brar were also present.
