HONG KONG, CHINA, August 9, 2016:FrieslandCampina Hong Kong was crowned winner at CMO Asia Awards 2016 ceremony held in Singapore on Aug 4th and 5th.
It is the first year FrieslandCampina Hong Kong (FCHK) joined the CMO Asia Awards. The awards recognized FCHK's corporate social responsibility commitment in preserving and sustaining the local Hong Kong Style Milk Tea drink culture and the milk tea making technique, an intangible cultural heritage announced by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of HKSAR Government. FCHK launched the Hong Kong Milk Tea Day and Junior Milk Tea Master Training Program since 2013, working with customers and local non-profit organizations with the aim of passing on the unique of authentic Hong Kong style milk tea making technique to next generation, empowering local community and sustaining the Hong Kong unique craftsmanship.
FCHK brand strategies have also been well recognized. The launch of OPTIMEL adult nutrition is named Marketing Campaign of the Year. OPTIMEL introduced its unique concept and offerings of Tailorerd Nutrition for Your Age, providing progressive nutrition for adults and elderlies at different age range, demonstrating the success of synergy between R&D and marketing strategies addressing local demand among the aging population. DUTCH LADY relaunch, on the other hand, shared brand dairy story by connecting and engaging with HK consumers advocating the development of strong families by adapting healthy lifestyle which includes dairy drinking as part of a balanced diet.
