Bangalore, June 14, 2017: Fortis Hospitals, Bangalore, had tied up with Uber, the ride-sharing app, on World Blood Donors Day to encourage and support the cause of blood donation. Free rides were provided to donors by Uber to Fortis Hospitals situated on Bannerghatta Road and Cunningham road. The hospital has taken the initiative to educate people on the importance of donating blood and clearing the myths related blood donation.
