Former Ludhiana DYC (Urban) president Dimple Rana admitted at DMCH, Ludhiana on Monday.

Ludhiana, February 25, 2013: Former Ludhiana District Youth Congress (Urban) president Dimple Rana has sustained bullet injuries here this afternoon.
When contacted, the Ludhiana Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Joginder Singh told City Air News that Rana had some dispute with his wife Seema for the past sometimes.
He told that this afternoon Rana went to the house of his in-laws in the Vikas Nagar locality to meet Seema.
The preliminary police investigations revealed that after some dispute with his wife Rana got himself injured with a bullet, said the ADCP.
He told that Rana had used his licensed weapon to open the fire, which had already been recovered.
Further, he told that the whole facts could come out once Rana gave his statement to the police.
Rana was rushed to DMCH immediately after the incident.
Further police investigations are in progress.
Several Congress leaders, including KK Bawa, Malkit Singh Dakha and Leena Taparia visited DMCH to enquire about the health of Rana.
Enquiries conducted by City Air News reveal that Rana has been admitted into Surgical ICU at DMCH, Ludhiana. His condition is stated to out of danger. He is likely to be operated tomorrow.
