Flag March: Flag March by police in Ferozepur

Ferozepur, December 22, 2012 : A Flag March by the police in Ferozepur was organized under the leadership of Vibhor Kumar Sharma, in which police employees of Quick Reaction Team (QRT), Inspector Ramesh Kumar, ASI Pushpinder Singh, District Traffic Incharge, Mukhtiar Singh were present with a view to create confidence among the people towards police, to nab the anti-social elements and boys wandering around the girls colleges.

DSP Vibhor Kumar Sharma appealed to the people of Delhi Gate and Main Bazar to remove the goods from the encroachment for the convenience of the public to clear the traffic jams.  He also appealed to the people to keep the city neat and clean.  He also had a meeting with the auto-rickshaw drivers to request them not to use kerosene oil by mixing it with the petrol to stop polluting the environment and do not stop on the way to take passengers to avoid accidents.   He also warned the youths wandering around the girls’ colleges with clear indication that in case they are caught for teasing the girls, a strict action will be taken against them. 

DSP also informed that to maintain law and order in the city and for the safety of the citizens, the patrolling and nakabandi operations have been intensified.
