Ludhiana, July 22, 2014: Federation of industrial & Commercial Organisation (FICO), Ludhiana president Gurmeet Singh Kular has welcomed the decision of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to lift ban on Ludhiana industry with regard to establishment of new industries and expansions.
