FICO to award 10 personalities on 72nd Independence Day celebrations

Ludhiana, August 13, 2018: A meeting of office-bearers of FICO held under the chairmanship of K.K.Seth, Chairman, Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization (FICO) regarding the celebrations of 72nd Independence Day. It was unanimously decided that Gopal Krishan Kothari Chairman M/s Kay Jay Group will be the Chief Guest and Umesh Munjal Chairman M/s Highway Industries Limited will unfurl the National Flag at MSME Development Institute (MSME-DI), Ludhiana on 15th August at 10.00 A.M.
On this 72nd Independence Day, FICO will honour 9 personalities with Award of Excellence for their distinguished services in their respective fields, the personalities are as under:

• Ranjit Singh Nanre (Noble Industries) Machine Tools
• CA Sushil Singla (Professional)
• Dalbir Singh Dhiman (Makhan Sewing Machine Industries) Sewing Machine
• Yogesh Munjal (Weldon Cycles) Exports
• Amrik Singh Ghandial (Karamsar Products India) Bicycle Parts
• Rajneesh Uppal (Prince Cycles) Bicycles
• Kuntal Jain (Duke India) Textiles.
Kular said FICO pledges to serve the industry & trade more vigorously in the coming years. “This day is of great significance to all Indians when we got independence from British Empire”, he said, adding, “This day needs to be celebrated with great enthusiasm.”
