Ferozepur-Patti railway track delayed due to state government: Puthiya put the onus on the state government for the delay of much awaited Ferozepur-Patti Rail link. He added the state government did not provide the requisite land for the project due to which the hopes of people belonging to Majha and Malwa dashed down. It is pertinent to mention here that few days ago, Shwet Malik, Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab had highlighted the role of transport mafia in delaying the project. Malik had said that due to connivance of the transport mafia, the funds which were allocated for the project earlier, had gone unused.
