DPS Kharbanda, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur, addressing a meeting of officials of various departments.
Ferozepur, July 30, 2014: “In an effort to bring transparency and expeditiousness in official working of government offices, 149 services have been included by the state government under Right to Service Act and we should leave no stone unturned to achieve the goal”, said DPS Kharbanda, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur, while addressing a meeting of officials of various departments such as Health, Police, Treasury and others.
The Deputy Commissioner issued the instruction loud and clear to all the officials and urged them to solve all the cases under RTS Act capably and under designated time. He said those who will not be able to provide service in time to common man, will not be spared.
The Deputy Commissioner also passed instructions to SDMs of Zira, Ferozepur and Guruharsahai to coordinate with their officers to get the work done in time.
Amit Kumar, ADC (G), Ferozepur, Jasleen Kaur, ADC (D), Sandip Singh Gerha, SDM and other were present on this occasion.
