Chandigarh, November 5, 2012: The Punjab government has directed all the departments to send their precise e-mail IDs immediately so that a system could be put in place for better correspondence between departments and receipt of summons and notice of Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Disclosing this here, an official spokesperson of state government said that following the directions of Punjab and Haryana High Court, the state government had asked all the department heads to send their official e-mail IDs including the Boards and Corporations under them for sending of notices/summons through e-mail, but some departments have not send their e-mail IDs yet.
He said that the required information could be sent on prescribed Performa uploaded on government’s website http//10.10.20.34:8004.
