For the ‘Hyatt Big Brunch Weekend’ this Sunday, July 29, 2018, the theme is ‘Oriental Cuisine’. A multicultural cuisine comprising gastronomical wonders from the Eastern Asian countries, it is known to serve a wide variety of flavours and unique preparations to suit everyone’s palate. “The concept of brunch existed in Amritsar much before it became a global phenomenon. The residents of the city have been known to eat at least one non- home cooked meal a day. On weekends or holidays, they have always had the penchant of eating a late breakfast, usually an Amritsari Kulcha Chana, at a food joint of their choice.
