Ludhiana, November 6, 2019: Today, a grievance redressal camp was organized by
Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) in association with PSIEC to resolve the issues being faced by industrialists of focal point plot holders.
The camp was chaired by Gurpreet Singh Gogi, Chairman, PSIEC along with S.B Singh, CGM Estate, Ankur Chaudhary, Manager Estate and other concerned officials of PSIEC.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU highlighted the issues like cancellation of allotments and restoration of plots, penalties. He said that many plot holders, who are working from last many years have been cancelled despite having VAT/GST numbers, regular filing of various return etc. He also suggested that PSIEC should withdraw the warning letter instead of directly sending cancelling letters.
Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, CICU said that the PSIEC should give NOC for map approval within time limit where no dues are pending towards the allottee. He also suggested to the Focal point plot holders to establish their new units according to the building byelaws.
Gurpreet Singh Gogi, Chairman, PSIEC and S.B Singh, CGM Estate, PSIEC listened the issues of focal point plot holders and try to resolve the same within a week. They also gave some of pending cases to their officials for speedup. They also consider the suggestions given by CICU for up gradation in PSIEC guidelines.
The meeting was attend by more than 70 prominent industrialists some by namely Rajnish Ahuja, T.R Misra, O.P Bassi, S.B Singh, Prithvi Bassi, Ashwani Kumar, Ved Parkash Ahuja, Rishab Gupta,Madan Bassi and other members of the Chamber.
