Educational Visit by DIPS IMT Students to GGS Medical College, Faridkot

Jalandhar, November 29, 2016: Forty students along with three faculty members of medical Science department visited Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot. During the visit the students learn culturing of mycobacterium tuberculosis, Anatomy of different body parts and procedure of autopsy for pathological studies by the expert team of doctors. This visit helped the students in their knowledge about various procedures and learned various skills about how to conduct autopsy. The students enjoyed the visit and are ready to use these procedures in their labs.
The faculty members, Ms. Meenakshi Anand, Mr. Lalit Kumar and Ms. Indu Bala accompanied the students and are thankful to the DIPS management for granting permission for such visits. The faculty is also thankful to Dr. Ashwani and Dr. Bhagyashree for their wholehearted cooperation.
