Dr.B.S.Aulakh honoured at annual conference of NZUSI 2019

Ludhiana, December 6, 2019: Dr.Baldev Singh Aulakh, renowned Urologist & Transplant Surgeon and Chairman, Aykai Hospital Ludhiana was felicitated and honoured by North Zone Chapter of Urology Society of India at recently held Annual Conference in Noida, Delhi. This conference was attended by more than 300 Urologists from various parts of country. To his credit, Dr.Aulakh has performed more than 18000 Kidney transplants, Kidney stone, Kidney cancer operations & prostate operations. He is a pioneer of PCNL (Keyhole surgery for Kidney stones) & Laparoscopic removal of donor kidney & cancer bearing Kidney. Government of Punjab bestowed upon him for state award as learned professional for his services in field of urology & transplant surgery. He is first Punjabi qualified Urologist and Transplant surgeon in the state of Punjab. He has a teaching experience of 27 years. He was also member of the ‘Medical Council of India’. He has also authored book on prostate diseases which was released by Ex-Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr.Parkash Singh Badal in 2012. It’s a matter of privilege that he has also been awarded with Marudhara Jodhpur Urology Oration award by North Zone Chapter of Urological Society of India for the year 2020-21.
