India’s first book on D&I, 99 Day Diversity Challenge set to be launched as part of the panel discussion

Bangalore: Dr.Saundarya Rajesh, India’s celebrated D&I pioneer is all set to launch her debut book, the 99 Day Diversity Challenge (99DDC), in the city on 24th January 2019. As part of the launch activity, a panel discussion on the theme ‘Managing Diversity Pushbacks’ is scheduled to take place from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Sapna Book House, Residency Road.

With an esteemed panel comprising of speakers from different walks of life like Sudheesh Venkatesh – Azim Premji Foundation, Smrithi Singh – CHRO, Flipkart, Anita Tandon, Sattva and Srini Ramaswamy, ex-Cisco the discussion will delve into how each of them see D&I come alive in their organizations. Moderated by Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, the panel discussion will also bring into limelight the unique experiences of each of the panelists in helping achieve a sustainable gender balance at workplace.

As India’s first ever guide to implementing D&I culture at workplaces, the book provides a complete, starter-to-desserts detailing of D&I concepts and offers a precise explanation on the different strands of diversity along with the future of D&I thoughts.
