DMC & HOSPITAL CONDUCTS PUBLIC HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAM AT GURDWARA SOMSAR, VILLAGE TIBBA

Ludhiana, November 26, 2018: A Public Health Awareness Program was conducted by DMC & Hospital, Ludhiana on 25 November, 2018 at Gurudwara Somsar, village Tibba, Sahnewal road Ludhiana.

At this program thorough medical check-up of 180 villagers was done by team of doctors from DMC & Hospital. Patients were very thankful to the DMC Hospital team for reaching at their doorsteps and providing free of cost Blood Pressure monitoring, Blood Sugar, ECG and prescribed Medicines.

All present were educated about precautions, good eating habits and things to be avoided to live a healthy life and the early detection of disease is very helpful in proper and timely cure. They were also educated about the benefits of various medical insurances and Govt. schemes providing medical facilities to the general public.

The Gurudwara Administration thanks the DMCH Management for such informative program and said that they were highly benefited by the check up, investigations and the medicines given and requested for more such program in future.i
