DLF tops India’s Most Reputed Real Estate list;Godrej Properties andLodha follow


Chandigarh, September 27, 2016: Gurgaon-based DLF ranked as India’s Most Reputed Real Estate brand in a study by BlueBytes in association with TRA Research (both part of the Comniscient Group). Mumbai-based Godrej Properties trailedDLFat the second spot. Another Mumbai-based developer, Lodha Group,featuredthird, followed by Hiranandani Developers at the fourth place,which had a Brand Rep Score 14% lower thanLodha. Tata Housing rankedfifthwith an 18% lower Brand Rep Score. Bangalore-based Prestige Estatescame in atsixth place and is the second non-Mumbai-based developer to make the list. A total of eight Real Estate developers from Mumbai featured among the top 10 in the Most Reputed Real Estate Brandslist. K Raheja Corp.took the seventh spot,followed bythe 150-year-old Shapoorji Pallonji, which took the eighth spot.Oberoi Realty (rankedninth) andIndiabulls Real Estate (rankedtenth) completedthe top 10. A total of 57 Real Estate brands were listed in the India’s Most Reputed Real Estate Brandsreport, which saw 28 brands from Mumbai, 14 from Delhi, 10 from Bangalore, 3 from Pune, and 1 each from Chennai and Hyderabad.ThisReport is the third in the India’s Most Reputed Brands series, and BlueBytes is set to launch a Report each month that covers different Sectors. The study evaluates Brand Reputation by analyzing media perception and consumer perception.
