Distribution Of Wheat Under Atta-Dal Scheme Going On Smoothly In District: Deputy Commissioner

Punjab Govt Distributing 45476.01 Mt Wheat To 394604 Blue Card Holders
Ludhiana, December 6, 2016: Deputy Commissioner Mr Ravi Bhagat has informed that there are 394604 blue card holders in the Ludhiana district and 1509072 units are availing of the Atta-Dal scheme of the Shiromani Akali Dal-Bharatiya Janta Party led Punjab government. The Deputy Commissioner informed that from October 2016 to March 2017, 45476.01 MT of wheat would be distributed in the district and this process would be carried out in the presence of monitoring committees by December 15, 2016. He informed that the route plan for distribution of wheat has been prepared that can be taken from respective Food & Civil Supplies Offices or concerned SDM offices.
