Disaster Preparedness Marathon Flagged off in Dharamshala

Dharamshala, November 12, 2016: Deputy Commissioner Kangra at Dharamshala, Sh.C.P.Verma flags off disaster preparedness marathon, organised by sub division office Dharamshala in collaboration with District Disaster management authority, in Dharamshala this morning.
District Public Relations officer Sachin Sagar informed that there is a prize of Rs.3000, 2000 & Rs.1000, respectively, for both the categories of male and female.
Sachin said,"The route for female category is sport complex-Shahid Samarak-Hospital-Kainchi Mod- Circuit House- Shahid Samarak- and back to sports complex.---5 KMs.
For male sports Complex-Shahid Samarak-Hospital- Kainchi Mod- Kotwali Bazaar- Fabbara Chowk- Darnu-Kand-Dari-ITI- Sai Complex.
More than 100 participants are seen at the starting point near the HPCA Cricket Stadium Dharamshala.
