Jaspal Singh, Director, Punjab State Lotteries and Secretary Expenditure, Finance is handing over the Cheque worth Rs.51 lakh to first winner of Punjab State Monthly Lottery-September 2012, Varsha Garg at Punjab Civil Secretariat, Sector-1, Chandigarh on Wednesday.
Chandigarh, February 6, 2013: Jaspal Singh, Director, Punjab State Lotteries and Secretary Expenditure, Finance today gave away the cheque worth Rs.51 lacs to first prize winner (Lottery No.-444451) of Punjab State Monthly Lotteries-September 2012.
While handing over the cheque to the winner Varsha Garg w/o Mohit Garg of Model Town, Patiala, in a simple function organized in Punjab Civil Secretariat-1 here, Jaspal Singh wished her good luck. He informed that presently the Department of Lotteries is marketing Monthly Lottery Scheme-February 2013 and the tickets of Vaisakhi Bumper-2013 would be released soon for marketing.
The prominent amongst other, who were present on the occasion included; Tarsem Goyal, Deputy Director, Lotteries and Sunil Sachdev, Assistant Controller, Finance and Accounts.
