DIRECTIONS: Punjab to depute nodal officers to receive summons from High Court

Chandigarh, December 23, 2012: The Punjab government today issued directions to all the departments to ensure the appointment of nodal officers in all departments and statutory bodies, public sector undertakings and local bodies working under the respective departments, to receive summons from Punjab and Haryana High Court through email.

Disclosing this here today the spokesman of the Punjab government said that all the financial commissioners, principal secretaries and administrative secretaries have been directed to ensure its compliances and send the names of nodal officers to registrar general Punjab and Haryana High court immediately.
