Mehatpur/Jalandhar, October 31, 2014: DIPS Mehatpur students won 8 Gold Medals in the Taekwondo Competition held at Senior Secondary School, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar. 30 schools participated in the District Level Competition.
The school students (U- 14) Simranpreet Kaur, Jasika Khurmi bagged first position, (U- 19) Paramdeep Kaur bagged first position, (U-17) Rajan Preet Singh, Amritpal Singh bagged first position and Harsimran Singh bagged second position. U-19 Tajiender Jot Kaur, Ramandeep Kaur, Navdeep Kaur, Daljeet Kaur bagged first positions.
DIPS Chain of Institutions Gurbachan Singh , C.E.O Monika Mandotra , School Principal Rajini Beri congratulated the students on their achievement and bringing laurel to the school.
