New Delhi, December 10, 2015: Diabetacare- India’s leading technology enabled, diabetes and lifestyle management service provider, has been awarded as the Best Diabetic Centre in India, presented by Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Honourable Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr C P Thakur, Honourable Member of Parliament - Rajya Sabha & Former Cabinet Minister and Padmashree Dr Jitendra Kumar Singh, IMA Vice President at Healthcare Excellence Summit Awards 2015 organised by Worldwide Achievers, a market research company.
The award was given based on comprehensive market research, opinion surveys for patient and industry feedback, specialization, experience, infrastructure, etc. Diabetacare has been successful in running 45 centres across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Teleangana, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala and Maharashtra for the last two years.
Diabetacare’s success is attributed to their path-breaking dCare Smart™ sim enabled glucometer, DEEP (Diabetes Expert Education Programme), Snap-a-Meal™ App and ‘Diabetacart’ – a portable ‘Diagnostic tools-in-a-box’, which can help screen multiple organs affected by uncontrolled diabetes.
In addition to this, Ms. Tara Murali, Chief Dietician, Diabetacare was awarded as the Best Dietician. Delighted on receiving the award Tara Murali, Chief Dietician said, “Diabetacare has given me the opportunity to research and help diabetic patients with innovative and personal diet plans, which are easy to adapt.
