Dev Samaj College for Women: New students’ council elected

Chandigarh, October 29, 2019: The Investiture Ceremony of the newly elected Students' Council was held at Dev Samaj College for Women, Sector 45 here. Principal, Dr Meena Chopra, administered the oath of office to the students' representatives. President Divya Bansal, Vice President, Gauri Chandel, Secretary, Himanshi Pal and Joint Secretary, Nancy Dhull, took the oath of office along with the Class Representatives, and pledged to work towards the growth of the institution, and the benefit of the students. Dr Meena Chopra congratulated the students, and highlighted the importance of their roles, and underlined their responsibilities. Dr Meena Chopra Said, “The elections provide a platform to the office bearers of the council to create an environment of discipline in the college, interact with peers and aid fellow students, so that their problems are understood and resolved.” The council vowed to render its duties judiciously.
