Departments told to priortise issues to be put up before GOI

Chandigarh, July 3, 2014: The Punjab Government has directed all departments to prioritize all the crucial issues to be put up before Union Government.
In a communiqué issued by the General Administration Department, the Departments have been told to prepare the consolidated report in this regard on a prescribed Performa and furnish it before the department accompanied by a Compact Disc.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson said that the report in this regard must reach within 7 days and through special messengers of concerned departments. He said that in a communiqué from Government of India states have been requested to solve all the important issues with Union Government through mutual contact and coordination.  This exercise would enable the Center to schedule structured quarterly meeting with the state government officials and representatives of the Union Ministries/Department Concerned.
