Look at Trophy “PAIW Corporate Cricket Cup”.
Ludhiana, November 30, 2012: In its Endeavour to promote sports in society, Punjab Agro implements Works (PAIW) - Distributor - Tata Steel for Punjab, is going to organise a Corporate Cricket Tournament at GNE ground starting from December 1.
The event will be managed by Sportz Entertainment Media and Co-Sponsored by Era Jewellers and Monte Carlo.
There are 24 Corporate teams participating in the T-10 tournament. Teams from some of the renowned corporate like Asian Cranes, Imperial Golf estate, Neva Garments, Oswal Woolen Mills, Monte Carlo, Connect, Videocon, Airtel, Era Jewellers, The Brew Masters, Dainik Bhaskar, Allahabad Bank, HDFC Bank, Rockman Industries, Platinum City, Jesus Sacred Heart School, Dossil Fashions, Centex Fabrics are participating in the tournament. PAIW Team is also participating in the tournament.
All the matches will be played on Saturdays and Sundays as per the below Schedule:
League Matches- On 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th December, 2012
Quarter Finals - 15th December, 2012
Semi Final and Final Matches - 16th December, 2012
Timings for all the Matches will be – 7 AM to 5 PM
Winning Team will be awarded with cash prize and a Trophy “PAIW Corporate Cricket Cup”.
Two more trophies “Tata Astrum- Best Batsman” and Tata Steelium- Best Bowler” will also be presented by Tata Steel to the best performing batsman and bowler of the tournament.
Sanjay Behera (Head Sales- Flat Products, Ludhiana) will inaugurate the tournament on December 1.
