DCM Presidency School Observes National Science Day

Ludhiana, February 27, 2019: To commemorate the great legacy of Dr C.V. Raman in the field of science and to felicitate his great invention of ‘Raman Effect’, DCM Presidency, Ludhiana, celebrated the National Science Day. Students from nearby Government schools were invited to participate in various hands- on science activities where they were given an access to the applied sciences and were duly trained by the students of DCM Presidency students. The activities were conducted in the Atal Tinkering Lab of the School with the purpose of widening up the scientific aptitude of the students. The students were fervently inquisitive to learn the working of various scientific principles such as light, reflection, electric current etc. Principal, Ms.Rajni Kalra appreciated the initiative taken by the students and science teachers to reinforce the concepts and principles ofapplied sciences among students. She encouraged the students to keep learning and exploring the veiled regions of sciences.
