DCM Presidency Qualifies as the Only Money Smart School in Ludhiana

Ludhiana, February 18, 2019: Keeping the objective of grooming financial skills of teachers in view, DCM Presidency School organized Money Smart School Program on February 16 in the Dass Auditorium. The session was conducted by the finance experts Mr Manu Bharadwaj, Financial Inclusion Head, RBI and MR Ravi Bansal, Financial Trainer of NCFE and retired DGM of SBI under Financial Education Training Program (FETP). As many as 100 teachers availed the opportunity to attend it to widen up their knowledge on finance management in the current economy. Later they got certified by National Centre for Financial Education. Teachers seemed invigorated to receive the valuable tips on managing their funds and finances. Ms.Richa Batra, AVP Skill Education emphasized that Financial Literacy is an important life skill which is a prerequisite to manage day to day financial affairs. Principal, Mrs.Rajni Kalra congratulated the staff and delightfully announced that DCM Presidency School is the only school in Ludhiana who has got certified as Money Smart School by National Centre for Financial Education.
