Jalandhar, January 5, 2015: Day VI of the FDP at Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar was all dedicated to shaping up the psychological makeup of the attendees of the workshop as Balbir Singh, Vice - president, NITCON, Chandigarh, elucidated upon the qualities of faculty I.e. teacher. Besides this, he also stressed the key-role of a teacher in developing and motivating the students for venturing the entrepreneurial business.
Taking the discussion to further depths of psychological aspect, the exponent alluded to The TFA Model where T stands for Thought (Mind), F symbolizes Feeling (Heart) and and A denotes Action (Body). The implication is that one can learn and achieve when one puts his Heart, Mind and Body into one's pursuits. The scholar interacted with both the staff and the stuff and assigned an activity to all which is to be analysed and discussed in the afternoon session.
Dr. Sucharita, principal of the college, admired the efforts of all the participants and expressed her gratitude to the scholar for enlightening one and all.
