Hyderabad, August 25, 2019: The two day, India’s biggest convention of realtors, 11th NAR India Convention-Game Changers concludes here at HICC on Sunday evening with Co Chairman proposing Vote of Thanks. Many knowledge sharing session held on Sunday The theme of the convention as the “Game Changers”. The Game Changers is for anyone who has an intention to explore, understand and grow in the Real Estate industry informed Shailender Singh, the Chairman of the Conference. 1500 delegates from across India and the world participated in India’s largest realty convention. The convention brought realtors, developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry, from India and around the world together to interact, learn and create meaningful business connections with each other. It was the biggest ever realtors conference ever held in India In this convention Sumanth Reddy Armani, a local realtor assumed office as President of NAR India. NAR India is the biggest trade body of Realtors. It has 30,000 members and spread over in 45 plus cities in India. The two days saw 30 add speakers share their knowledge, wisdom and experience. ISB and NICMAR was the knowledge partner for the convention. Sanjeev Kapoor the celebrity chef, entrepreneur and television personality and the host of longest-running show of its kind in Asia Khana Khazana; Devdutt Patnaik, an author known for his work in mythology and interpretations of ancient Indian scriptures, stories, symbols and rituals, Rajendra Srivastava, ISB Dean, Mr.BVR Mohan Reddy, Chairman of Cyient, Niranjan Hiranandani were some amongst 30 odd speakers to who presented and delivered power packed 15 to 18 sessions, Stay current and stay relevant. He was delivering a lecture on “Business Model Innovation” at the post lunch session on Sunday. He spoke about many successful business models of of OYO, Uber, Ola, Avis, Hertz. Innovation for me is not an invention. It is a way of doing better he told them. Addressing a session “Creating a Personal Brand and Formula for Success”, another Professor DVR Seshadri, Clinical Professor (Marketing)—ISB shared insights into personal branding. Realtors who are known in the past from as brokers suffered a major image problem. That is why this session was organised informed Shailendra Singh, Conference Committee Chairman. Your personal brand is what people say about when you are not in the room. You need a brand to differentiate yourself from others. You must build trust, credibility. You must make the first and best impression. You need to be compelling, authentic, consistent and well known to be a brand. Don’t give your wavering image. To create a personal brand you need to network proactively. You need to be seen as a thought leader. You must ask pertinent questions. You must seek opportunities to present ideas. Relationship is the secret sauce of real estate business. Put customers top more priority in your conversation, DVR Seshadri told them.
