Jalandhar, December 28, 2014: 11th day of Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at GNDU College Campus, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar started with great enthusiasm on Sunday. It was the day of turning the ideas into reality. All the members of programme presented their varied and valuable ideas related with different prospects of industry. Their innovations will reach great heights in the coming future of entrepreneurship.
Paramjit kaur(Director and Founder KITES) along with Prof.M.J.Kalra (Associate Prof. GNDU College, Jalandhar) ranked all the ideas on the feasibility scale. Resource person of the day Dr.Prashant Mehta (I.E.T. Bhaddal) presented on ‘Building Organisation Culture’ and ‘Team Building’. He said for an Entrepreneur to develop, he should first develop his team and also built a motivational environment within an organisation.
The session ended up with a positive note from Dr. Ashish Arora(Co-ordinator, FDP).
