CT Varsity students motivate voters by painting their face to poll on May 19.

Ludhiana, May 2, 2019: As elections in Punjab are due for May 19, students of School of Fine Arts at CT University has appealed and encouraged other students to exercise their right to vote, by making placards and painting their faces and highlighting different messages like “Vote for better nation”; “Vote for my safety” etc.

The face painting also depicted the voting finger, messages for importance of voting like ‘vote against corruption’, etc. Encouraging the students to vote, Manbir Singh, CT University Managing Director, said, “Voting day is a celebration where voters exercise their right to vote. I would sincerely appeal all the Punjabis especially first time voters to go out on May 19 and click the button for the better future.”
