Ludhiana, May 11, 2018: Students of CT University’s School of Hotel Management, Airlines and Tourism went on an industrial visit to a local restaurant which is the pioneer of live-grills and saucy appetizers.

The visit was organised in order to give hands on experience to the students, about live cooking specially using grill method and live desert counters. The restaurant’s branch manager and executive chef gave tour of live kitchen to the students and made students familiar with various operational areas. Students also got the opportunity to cook along with the kitchen staff.

Director of School of Hotel Management said that such visits play a vital role in the holistic growth of the students. Head of School said that such visits are very important for the students as it gives demonstration of live kitchen. It also provides first-hand experience to the students regarding live grill and live desert setup. He further, said that many more such events and activities whereby students get such experiences will be organized in the near future also.

Managing Director, CT University said, “This particular visit will prove very beneficial for the students", adding the students had an experience of cooking with the experience chefs.
