Jalandhar, December 23, 2015: CT Group of Institutions has joined hands with Innovent Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore to impart skill oriented training and an attempt to bridge the gap between academia and the industry.
The company is largely into skill assessment and competency mapping and provides remedial measures to fill the gap between academic institutions and industrial practices. Mr.Barjinder Singh Bedi (Head, Skill DevelopmentCell at CT Group of Institutions) said that this association will help to conduct regular training programmes on Computer Aided Engineering (CAE). Innovent conducts training in various engineering streams to increase engineering spontaneity among the graduates.. The company executes research activities related to various applications of CAE, industry-centric training in design simulation using engineering analysis and competency building activities for engineering students with holistic approach. Joint venture will hold various programmes like, industry-institute interaction programmes, Faculty Development Programmes’s, academic research programmes, using ANSYS – CAE software.
Innovent Engineering Solutions is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 2008 certified company for original creation of engineering programs, supply of simulation technology and engineering consultation and is also a member of NSIC, NAFEMS and NASSCOM.  Innovent has the pedigree of successfully building the simulation culture and sustaining it with continuous support across the Indian academia including IISc, IIT’s & NIT’s.
